THE ANSWER IS YES
Has California reached the tipping point, where there are more voters who either don't pay taxes, or who get paid by tax money, than there are taxpaying voters, thereby creating a situation where the non-taxpaying and the tax-paid voters will simply continue to vote for more taxes?
If so, what do we do about it? My ideas will follow, but basically it's John Galt Lite.
