SPEND YOUR OWN MONEY AND SEE YOUR OWN DOCTOR? ONLY IF YOU SUE.

Here's a story about some people who want to voluntarily give up their Medicare coverage and pay for their own health care. But thanks to rules instituted by the Clinton administration, they can't do that and still receive their Social Security payments.

Anybody want to explain to me the logic of that?
