SOBERING STATISTICS FOR US SO CAL HOMEOWNERS

Here's a great site on housing and home finance that I found through a link at NRO to this post which led to this post, all about the truly depressing projections for So Cal home values. They chronicle some of the stupefyingly huge pricing jumps caused by the Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac "Every man a homeowner" madness.
