OBAMA & RACE - AT LAST, A SIMPLE, NON CONTROVERSIAL TOPIC
I was trying to bolt together my thoughts on the subject of race and politics in re: Obama, when I fortunately stumbled across this.
It's everything I wanted to say, only, you know, good.

As far as bowling goes, everyone knows that right-handers outdo leftys
10 to 1, so a shout out has to be given to Obama for the game try and I
trust no one will ever expect McCain to even try.
Ex-smokers, which we both are (and I continually intend to become,GRRRRR!) tend to be irritable (lol), that's a push as far as a talking point.
Each has a temper-Obama and his handlers just mask his better than McCain and his does.
Black-white:white-black:male-female,that was all covered by Frank Gorshin and Nichelle Nichols on Star Trek back in the 60's and it should have been left there as the innovative equalizer that it was,no one person is any different, disadvantaged,or advantaged from the other because of such benign facades like color or creed.
Face to face interaction is another ballgame altogether,especially in retail;
Me:I quote a price
Customer:What is my price?
Me o you own or work for a retail shop?
Customer:Uhhh,ya...
Me:Well,what shop?
Customer:Uhhh,tryyyyy "Achmeds Mobil"
Me:Nope!(after a well intended search)
Customer:Uuuhhh,tryyyyy...(Dennis interruptus)
This is your price, the same one I originally quoted, prove to me right now that you deserve something otherwise,or go somewhere else-now!(I and my co-workers learned to get particularly persnippity toward those who attempt to lie to us baldfaced in order to gain an advantage, just become a flippin' brick wall once the flag is raised:no-no-no-no-no-.......),sad to have to do it but comical at the same time,a person living up to the stereotype that they rail against being made obvious by the media that they expect to protect them from prejudice.
Wow, that was deep(lol!), but sadly true.
